Data processing for providing the contractual services
You can use our website and the contact data stored there to send us enquiries about orders for contractual services. Insofar as personal data are transmitted to us for this purpose or otherwise in the case of enquiries about orders, we process your data to answer your enquiries, to carry out the order/contract and for invoicing. For this purpose we need your name, your address data and your e-mail address. Without these data we cannot execute the contract with you. Depending on the order/contract, we may also require additional data.
In the case of suppliers/service providers, we process the personal data provided by you for the purpose of ordering and calling up services on our part and to pay for your services. For this purpose, we require your name, address and account details. Depending on the service/contract, we may also require additional data, which we will inform you about in individual cases.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Data processing for communication with you
In addition to the contract data, we process your communication data (address, telephone number, e-mail address) in order to contact and communicate with you. Personal data that you provide us with by e-mail or telephone will only be processed for correspondence with you or for the purpose for which you have provided us with the data.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Data processing to fulfil legal obligations
In addition, we process your data to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. regulatory requirements, commercial and fiscal storage and verification obligations).
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c DSGVO, which permits processing to fulfil a legal obligation.

Categories of receipt of personal data
Your contractual and communication data will be forwarded to the responsible office and the responsible employees within our company in order to answer your enquiries, to communicate or to carry out the order. The basis for this is again Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise transferred to third parties outside our company if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or invoicing or if you have given your prior consent or if there is a legal basis for the transfer.
Insofar as we use the services of third parties for the execution and handling of processing procedures, the provisions of the basic data protection regulation are observed. Service providers who support us in providing our services to you are hosting providers, e-mail service providers, IT service providers, applicant management service providers and data destruction service providers.
We pass on personal data to the following third parties who process personal data on their own responsibility (so-called data controllers, cf. Art. 4 No. 7 DSGVO) within the framework of legal admissibility and necessity: auditors, tax consultants, lawyers, public authorities.

Duration of data storage
In principle, we delete your data as soon as they are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, unless temporary storage is still necessary. Thus, we store your data due to legal obligations of proof and retention, which result from the German Commercial Code and the German Fiscal Code, among others. The storage periods are then up to ten full years. In addition, we retain your data for the time during which claims can be made against our company (statutory limitation period of three to thirty years).
Data securityYour
personal data is securely transmitted by us using encryption. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system. Furthermore, we secure our websites and other systems by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technical developments.

Logfiles
Usage data is transmitted by the respective Internet browser each time our website is accessed and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The data records stored in this process contain the following data: Date and time of access, name of the page accessed, IP address, referrer URL (the URL from which you accessed the website), the amount of data transferred, as well as product and version information of the browser used and the operating system of your PC. The IP addresses of users are deleted or made anonymous after the end of use. The data is not evaluated in any other way, except for statistical purposes and then basically in anonymised form. No personal "surfing profiles" or similar are created or processed either.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the purpose of safeguarding the legitimate interests of the person responsible, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned do not prevail.
